  1. What payment options are available?

We currently accept payment via Visa or MasterCard.

  1. How will I know if my order has been received/ dispatched?

When you check out and your payment is received, you will see a confirmation page with an order number. An order confirmation email will also be sent to the email address you provided. Once your order is processed you will receive another confirmation email containing a link to track your order online (Australia Post).

  1. What are the shipping costs?

There are two ways of shipping as below:

a. Standard Post (2 business days for Metro Areas after order dispatched)

Customer buys 1 product – $8

Customer buys 2 products – $16

Customer buys 3 products – $24

b. Express Post (1 business day after order dispatched)

Customer buys 1 product – $15

Customer buys 2 products – $25

Customer buys 3 products – $30
