Healthy fats

How much, how often?

Provide around 2 small teaspoons per day of these healthy fats, spreads and oils.

2 teaspoons of oozy oil (olive, canola, or sunflower)
2 teaspoons of peckish peanut butter or other nut/seed butters
2 teaspoons of tasty tahini or other nut/seed pastes
Healthy fats provide nutrients important for growth and development and bring out the flavour in food
