*Honey can contain the bacteria that causes infant botulism so children less than 12 months old shouldn’t have honey. Honey is safe for children one year of age and older.
- Place the berries, banana, ice cubes, Smart Nutrition™ powder and water in a blender and blend until smooth. If the smoothie seems too thick, add a little a2 Milk™.
- Taste and add honey if desired. Pour into two glasses and garnish with fresh berries and mint sprigs if desired.
