Berry smoothie

Ingredients

1 ½ cups - fresh or frozen berries of your choice

1 - banana

2 scoops - Smart Nutrition™

400ml - water

4 - ice cubes

1 tsp - honey (optional)

- *This recipe is for children four years of age and older.

Directions

  1. Place the berries, banana, ice cubes, Smart Nutrition™ powder and water in a blender and blend until smooth. If the smoothie seems too thick, add a little a2 Milk™.​
  2. Taste and add honey if desired. Pour into two glasses and garnish with fresh berries and mint sprigs if desired.
